Miss Lisa's Nanny Needs, LLC was built on convenience for the parent. The stress of finding the right fit, paying your nanny, handling taxes, coordinating dates/hours, details, substitutes, etc is everything Miss Lisa's Nanny Needs LLC is here to handle for you. One phone call to Lisa starts the personalized process of your nanny search. After your initial phone call, Lisa will set up a meet and greet between your family and herself in the comfort of your own home. From there, Lisa will gather your needs and wants and scan her talented team of nannies to find the right fit for your family.
Lisa Hoffman has 15+ years of experience as a babysitter/nanny and is now a mom of 2. In her younger years she began babysitting children on overnights, date nights, weekends and vacations. After graduating from Purdue University and spending two years in the corporate world, she realized her true passion was caring for children. She decided to pursue child care as a career and spent three years as a full time nanny while continuing to work nights, weekends, vacations and overnights for secondary families. Her reputation as a gifted nanny and caretaker began to spread around greater Indianapolis and she eventually had more requests for service than hours in the day. That’s when Miss Lisa's Nanny Needs, LLC was born. In June 2015, Lisa founded Miss Lisa LLC (changing to Miss Lisa's Nanny Needs, LLC in 2018) where she is now able to use her child care expertise to place babysitters and nannies with families in need of care. Whether it be part time, full time, daytime or night time, Miss Lisa’s team can help cover it.
